While my Telemark skis are resting in the cellar, the jogging shoes have plenty to do. This scenery is from a an early morning mountain trip last weekend. Spring has finally started in the mountains :)

this is my first alpine spring ever. it is truly beautiful and amazing to watch it happen.
It's just like they said it did on Sesame Street... the snow melts, the leaves start to unfold etc etc.
It might be normal for you, but I thought it was just a fantasy as I sat in sunny Sydney where springtime is just like summer but a little colder and summer is just like autumn but a little hotter and winter... what's that?
Yupp, it's really beautiful, although the weather's kind of unstable at this time of year. The day I took the picture it was 16 degrees (celsius) and sunny. When I got up this morning it was just over the freezing point, with ice-cold showers and strong wind. I think many of my fellow Norwegians would prefer the Sydney climate, to be honest :-)
